Virtual Volunteers Needed

We are looking for approximately 15-18 volunteers for the run of our conference to help us cover all that we have going on. All volunteer positions are first come, first served and will be finalized by June 1. Primary candidates have prior online programming experience. Volunteers receive a 20% discount on conference registration!

We are looking for up to 18 volunteers to cover:

  • 3 individuals for every time bank – host for each room
  • As a volunteer, you will be the primary host on behalf of AAMG for a room of sessions for at least one half day of programming:
    • This entails 
      • logging in virtually to the online platform to allow all those attendees wishing to access that session have access
      • assisting speakers for the session with screen share, etc.
      • running the sponsor slideshow prior to every session along with stating a brief scripted introduction to the session to attendees
      • moderating the discussion in the chat as needed
