Volunteers

We are looking for approximately 20-25 volunteers for the run of our conference to help us cover all that we have going on. All volunteer positions are first come, first served and will be finalized by May 1. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to aacademicmg@gmail.com

On Site Volunteer: You plan to be present at the conference in Iowa City, IA from June 9-June 11, and wish to volunteer in one of the following capacities for the 2025 Annual Conference:

• “Registration Rep”: work the main desk greeting people, answering questions, and getting registrants welcome materials, will cover the main desk for time banks of 2-3 hours throughout the conference
• “Social Sage”: contributing to the AAMG social accounts for the run of the conference by posting about your experience, highlighting events, and engaging with other members on the platforms
• “Photo Pundit”: capturing active photos of members engaged in conference activities

After the close of conference, all volunteers will be asked to take a short survey detailing their conference and volunteer experience.
