Amber Thieneman is the School Outreach Manager at the Speed Art Museum in Louisville, KY. She works with Teaching Artists and Educators to create and sustain programming for K-12 classes. She is also responsible for cultivating University partnerships. As part of some of these programs, Amber produces audio content that supports the Museum’s permanent collection and special exhibitions. Amber has a degree in Music Technology and is happy to be able to use this skill set within her position at the Speed. She is passionate about listening to different perspectives and remaining open to wonder. Amber is a wife, mother, artist, and musician.
