Tech Support Volunteers Needed for AAMG 2022

AAMG is looking to form a tech support team, both onsite and virtually, for this year’s conference held June 14-17.

Have you been running online and hybrid programming and Zoom meetings/webinars for your institution for the past year? Do you want to support #AAMG2022 in a meaningful way?

Then JOIN US for the conference as a Tech Support Volunteer! Fill out the interest form below to tell us a little bit about yourself and experience with tech over the last year, specifically in regards to Zoom platform capabilities and running large format meetings.

We are in need of support for both on site and virtual, so however you plan to attend, we could use the help!

We will have our first meeting to go over details Thursday, June 2, for all volunteers. Members of the AAMG Conference Committee will reach out to those interested in the coming week for a follow up conversation and more details. We are looking for approximately 10-12 volunteers to help us cover all that we have going on for the week of the conference.

Any questions? Reach out to Alexandra at aacademicmg[at]gmail[dot]com. We can’t wait to “see” you at #AAMG2022!
