Eugenia Incer is the Assistant Director for Collections and Exhibition Services at the Lowe Art Museum, University of Miami.  Eugenia earned dual B.A. degrees in English and Art History and a M.A. in Latin American and Caribbean Cultural Studies from Florida International University.  For over eleven years, Eugenia’s work has concentrated in the collection departments of several South Florida museums, including the Perez Art Museum Miami.  As Registrar, she oversaw inventory, rights and reproduction, couriered loans, and a major packing and collection move project.  She has also managed many exciting and notable exhibitions, to name a few and most recently at the Lowe: Nexus: Contemporary Art from Leading Miami Collections (2020), Marcelo Bonevardi: Magic Made Manifest (2019) Dialogues: Studio Glass from the Florence and Robert Werner Collection (2018), and Herbert Ferber: Space in Tension (2017).  Among managing a robust exhibition schedule and the Lowe’s encyclopedic permanent collection, she led the museum’s re-accreditation efforts (obtained in 2019) and serves as a committee member of CREATE, an Andrew W. Mellon funded program that leverages cultural resources through intra-institutional collaborations within the University of Miami.  Eugenia also manages the University of Miami’s Sculpture Park maintenance and conservation program, with over 30 public works located on main campus.
